Services
Case Management
We provide 1-on-1 case management. During our case management sessions we listen to our clients to identify issues that are preventing them from getting to the next level. We connect clients to resources that they need to assist with any issues that they are having. We listen to every client and provide assistance without judging them.
Financial Literacy
A lot of issues that our clients face are due to a lack of financial literacy. We provide financial literacy sessions where we assist our clients with creating a budget that fits their life and identify ways for them to save money. We teach our clients the importance of credit and assist them on building their credit. After our financial literacy sessions clients are more equipped to make better financial decisions to better their lives.
Workforce Development
Our workforce development programming helps identify what jobs would suit our clients. We work with our clients and assist them with resume writing as well as help them with their job search. We Teach clients about proper workplace behaviors and teach them how to handle workplace conflict. We also assist with connecting them to job trainings that will help them to to gainful employment?
